Dynamics 365 Lead Developer

Endeavour Recruitment has an EXCELLENT opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to join our client based in Essex. This is an initial 6 month contract with a daily rate in the region of £550. Candidates must be Security Cleared.

The successful candidate will be leading the development of Dynamics 365 solution to replace existing back office systems. This is a leadership role, mentoring and coaching team members.

Essential Skills:

1. Strong background in Dynamics 365 development
2. Experience of leadership of development teams
3. Excellent written and verbal skills
4. Can identify and document tasks from User Stories provided by Business Analysts
5. Responsible for preparation of all release content and documentation
6. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery experience (TFS, Visual Studio, Release Management)
7. Be able to perform peer reviews of code and documentation in order to ensure that procedures are followed consistently

Desirable Skills:

1. Dynamics AX experience
2. X++, .NET, MS SQL, Visual Studio
3. Agile practices
