We are a 4-year-old, profitable, and fast-growing company (adding £1m to our annual run rate in just the last quarter). We are now seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing who lives, breathes, and excels at demand generation to help us scale as we aim to become the leading provider of remote talent.
About the Role:
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of running excellent demand generation programs, whilst working side-by-side with a sales team to ensure a steady, growing stream of qualified leads every month. This role requires someone who has taken full responsibility for hitting targets related to lead generation and revenue. They must have a proven track record of consistently delivering strong results.
The Head of Marketing will shape the marketing strategy and lead a team of six marketing experts. The right candidate is someone who is obsessed with demand generation & driving performance marketing in a B2B tech environment. You’ll work closely with the executive team to guide the company’s marketing direction and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Focus:
- Own and execute the entire demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Optimize multi-channel strategies (Paid Media, SEO, Email) & lead campaigns which are solely focussed on demand generation.
Sales Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly translate to pipeline growth and sales-ready leads.
- Oversee and optimize our CRM infrastructure, implementing sequences and automated triggers that seamlessly connect outbound sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
Performance Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and lead a performance-driven marketing strategy across all paid channels.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Own all KPIs related to demand generation.
- Constantly analyse and optimise the funnel to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of six experts in paid media, SEO, email, and design, ensuring all team efforts are aligned with demand generation goals.
- Build a high-performance marketing team that’s deeply focused on delivering results that support company growth.
