We are hiring for a skilled MIG & Stick Welder to join a busy and growing team based in Maldon, Essex. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a mix of workshop-based and on-site work - with frequent travel, mainly to sites up north.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out MIG and Stick welding on a range of heavy plant, biomass, and recycling equipment
- Working away from home regularly - company van provided for travel
- Working both in the workshop and on-site in non-clean environments
- Typical day: 10-hour shifts
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in both MIG and Stick welding
- Reliable, hard-working and able to work independently
- Industry qualifications are a bonus but not essential
- Willing and able to travel frequently, mostly to the north of England
Salary & Benefits:
- £45,000 - £50,000 per year
