Hilco Capital requires experienced retailers to work with our Retail Services team as retail operations, logistics or merchandise consultants on projects across the UK, continental Europe and Australia. These positions would appeal to retailers with a multi-store background, for example Area Managers, Regional Managers or Senior Store Managers (stores turning over in excess of £3m). We are looking for consultants who thrive on challenge, are results-driven, have a passion for ‘retail detail’ and a track record of motivating management and store personnel. Hard work, varied assignments and working away from home in client stores, DCs and offices are all a reality, as are generous fees and travel expenses.
