Student Position

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with IM Complex duties.
  • Ensure facilities at the IM Complex are opened and closed as needed.
  • Monitor participants' check ins.
  • Assist officials on duty as needed.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to officiate games as needed and perform official duties in the following manner:
  • Must have good rapport with the players.
  • Able to make consistent calls, which reflect what you know and have learned through training.
  • Always be ready to move and hustle on every play and be in position to make the calls.
  • Must be able to maintain control of the game.

The goal for the Sport Programs Assistant role is to be transitioned into IM Supervisor ($11/hr) once proven ready for promotion.

Qualifications

  • General: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill: Attending training clinics for respective sport.
  • Physical: Able to set-up and breakdown equipment for respective sport and hustle throughout the time you are officiating.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Pay Rate: $8.75/hour
