Any major city location close to the M1. Up to £60,000 DOE + Bonus + Profit Share Scheme x2 per year.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client – a leading provider of IT Project Management Services – who are expanding their delivery team and looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity: You’ll be working hybrid with weekly visits on client sites. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, from scope and planning to delivery and benefits realisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, with a focus on ERP/SAP HANA environments
  • Defining project scope, schedules, risk management plans and business cases
  • Managing stakeholders, from technical teams to senior execs
  • Driving change management and tracking project benefits
  • Controlling project finances – from capex/opex budgets to vendor costs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–5+ years’ experience in a dedicated IT Project Manager role
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally SAP HANA
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • SC clearance is a bonus – or willingness to undergo clearance
