Customer Service Advisor
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: Up to £33,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, well-established distribution team in Avonmouth.
This full-time, permanent role involves managing client accounts, processing orders via phone and email, and providing outstanding customer service. Experience in a business-to-business environment or in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
Main Duties
- Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources.
- Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, handle cancellations/modifications, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product range to assist customers confidently.
- Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products that add value for customers.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Skills
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to commute to Avonmouth.
