What You Bring:
- Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments (e.g. operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improving personal knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date with sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Availability:
