The Role

As Nursery Manager, you\’ll take full day-to-day responsibility for the site, its people, and the quality of the crops produced. You\’ll be the key decision-maker on the ground, ensuring plants are grown, maintained and presented to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of full-time and seasonal staff
• Managing potting, shaping, stock presentation and general crop quality
• Making hands-on growing decisions across shrubs, perennials and 2L production
