Employment Type: Full Time (36 hours per week). This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality, individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents’ needs first and offering a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
No previous experience is required; we provide full training. We ask that you demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK.
