Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individualized care and support for residents, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence at all times.

Responsibilities

2. Prioritize residents\’ needs.
3. Offer a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each individual.
4. Respect differences and recognize diverse needs of staff and residents.

Qualifications

No previous experience required; full training will be provided. We seek candidates with a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and the right to work in the UK.
