We are the UK\’s leading Hi-Fi, Home Cinema, and TV specialists, and one of the largest Employee-Owned businesses in the UK. We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Bath Store team.

Preferred Experience: Interest or experience in audio-visual technologies such as hi-fi separates, TVs, speakers, and headphones.

Role Responsibilities

• Customer-facing sales and service in-store, over the phone, and via email, providing excellent customer service and building relationships.
• Post-probation, conduct Free On-Site Surveys visiting customers at their homes or workplaces, involving collaboration with multiple departments and the latest in-home automation tech.
• Maintain the store\’s appearance and organization, including stockroom and office upkeep.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively and answer technical queries.
• Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
• Handle stock maneuvering, display adjustments, stairs, and heavy lifting.
• Work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

• Genuine interest in audio-visual tech and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and upsell.
• Well-presented, approachable, confident, and detail-oriented.
