This role sits within the Commercial IP/IT/Data Privacy team and focuses on leading high-profile transactions for clients across sectors such as technology, life sciences, financial services, media, and more.
This is a unique chance to work on cutting-edge technology contracts, IT outsourcing, and digital transformation projects while advising on emerging technologies and complex regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will take a lead role in transactions, build client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on technology contracts, including software development, licensing, systems integration, and hardware supply agreements.
- Lead on IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing projects.
- Support clients with digital transformation initiatives, including cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity projects.
- Provide advice on emerging technologies and their related regulations, particularly in areas like AI, distributed ledger technology, and open-source software.
