At our Advanced Blade Casting Facility (ABCF), we produce critical turbine blades for our world-leading jet engines. We operate at the forefront of casting and automated technology, creating a high-tech, modern space where you’ll thrive every day.
As a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work alongside Manufacturing Service Engineers and Leaders to maintain, repair, and optimize machinery and equipment across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of high-tech manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
- Use precision diagnostic instruments, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to resolve faults efficiently.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
We’re looking for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, ideally working with electrical and mechanical systems in a high-tech environment. Either way, you’ll be someone who is used to dealing with high-tech machinery and is eager to learn.

- Have completed an advanced-level apprenticeship with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Have a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Are comfortable using computers and digital maintenance tools.
- Understand HSE standards and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Work well as part of a team and adapt to new challenges.
