• Receiving and logging faults / Receiving and logging requests
• Asset tagging and maintaining the Asset register
• Basic Active Directory administration – Password resets, access requests
• Building PCs and installing software ready for deployment
• Update user devices
• Involved in Projects outside of day to day running of the IT department
• Staying up to date regarding the latest IT developments, including new operating systems and applications
• Assisting with routine tasks, such as monitoring server security, software and anti-virus updates
