Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £36,920 with progression to £41,080

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator to join our dynamic central services team. You will ensure all systems and data owned and used by the People, Payroll and Finance teams are user-friendly, accurate and up to date in order to provide people data analysis and insights to support decision making for the business, whilst creating the best people experience for our colleagues.

Working closely across the People, Payroll and Finance teams to identify and address strategic needs, risks and opportunities for system enablement, this role will be responsible for recommending strategies and solutions to meet functional requirements. With responsibility for managing, maintaining and optimising systems across the organisation, our Systems Administrator will ensure our systems support the organisation to deliver an effective, high-quality and professional service.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience of managing and developing a range of systems. You will need to be able to create scripts, understand data reporting requirements, and have a relevant qualification in IT, computer sciences or similar. A solid understanding of GDPR and security is essential.

You will need to have great communication skills, and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that systems are kept up to date, are fit for purpose and user-friendly.
