About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our newly acquired Dynamics 365 platform to optimise business processes and increase productivity. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs, customise platform functionalities, and manage user access and permissions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building modules and tailoring workflows to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 platform and Click Dimensions, including managing user access, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Provide first line CRM support to the business users.
- Customise and configure the platform to meet business objectives, including creating and managing custom modules and automating processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or functional issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 releases, features, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements to improve functionality.
- Assist with the integration of new features, applications, and third-party systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Dynamics 365 configurations and processes.
- Provide system training to users.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience as a CRM Administrator with Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Bi, Dataverse etc.
- Good understanding of Marketing Automation Platform such as ClickDimensions.
- A capability to serve as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Strong skills in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Appropriate Dynamics 365 Certificate such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) preferable.
