With CUSP's UX team, you will be assisting in various research tasks aimed at improving the user experience of a conceptual website for a platform that is new to the market. Your contributions will directly impact the development and enhancement of the platform!

Responsibilities

  • Study competitors, analyse data and synthesise findings.

What we’re looking for
  • You’re based in London, Bristol, Manchester or Birmingham.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills to document research processes, and findings, and present insights effectively.
  • You possess the ability to analyse research findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations for UX improvements.
  • You show initiative and are eager to learn, with a proactive attitude.
  • You display effective prioritisation and can adapt to changing priorities.
  • You indicate an aptitude to translate challenges into actionable steps.
  • You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You possess a basic understanding of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, personas, surveys, usability testing and data analysis.
