Our client, a prestigious international sports organisation, is seeking an exceptional Membership Administrator to manage a range of important internal functions. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of key departmental events, logistics, and budgets, while maintaining high standards of service for external stakeholders. Reporting to the Board, key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the department's project management lead, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
- Plan and coordinate departmental events, managing logistics and budgets effectively.
- Ensure seamless administrative support, including CRM updates and reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, delivering a high level of service and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance external stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, contributing to the department's strategic goals.
- Organise and schedule senior team country visits, coordinating closely with local contacts to ensure successful and impactful events.
- Act as a Project Manager ensuring that all departmental projects are managed effectively from conception to completion.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor event budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for department leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and outcomes.
