We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Work with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Assist in IT projects, including migrations, system upgrades, and implementations.
- Provide proactive monitoring and maintenance to prevent technical issues.
- Document solutions and processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience supporting Office 365, Exchange, and cloud-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Desirable Skills:
