Monday to Friday role! 8am-5pm, occasional weekends. We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based in Rugby.

Service lines include cleaning, security, water, grounds maintenance, waste, pest control, wash room and porterage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all site services
  • Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient delivery of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
  • Manage positive client relationships with regular contact to understand needs and requirements
  • Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
  • Manage budget and deliver value for money.
  • Compile monthly finance reports.
  • Manage 3rd party contractors.
About You
  • 2+ years previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM including cleaning and security essential
  • Non-frontline SIA licence essential
