We are looking for an Application Support Engineer / Software Support Engineer to join the world’s fastest-growing iGaming Casino operator, as they build their UK Function. We seek a driven, technical individual to manage, operate, and support a suite of our client’s web-based betting applications on .NET/IIS/Windows Server/SQL Server.
As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll have 2+ years experience supporting software/application development environments and managing VMWare-based estates, bridging the gap between development, product, and customer. You’ll have familiarity with C#, with the ability to perform static code analysis of the C# / .NET codebase to investigate the root cause of errors and exceptions.
This Development Support / Application Support role has some customer-facing elements with B2B technical customers through our support system, Zendesk. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting .NET, Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server, as well as familiarity with error reporting systems and log analysis systems such as Elasticsearch, Rollbar, or Sentry.
