Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pitch, and develop exceptional client and candidate relationships within a competitive industry.
  • Source highly skilled candidates through headhunting, interviewing, and providing quality service.
  • Work closely with clients to fill their important vacancies.
  • Attend industry events to network and build business development skills.
  • Research and map out markets to build your presence within.
  • Find talented candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
