Job Details
- Leading and inspiring a team of colleagues within the Recoveries department (Claims)
- Setting and managing colleagues' annual and monthly objectives, and holding regular monthly one-to-one meetings to optimise performance
- Providing monthly coaching and development plans, ensuring each colleague is receiving the right level of support
- Conducting regular audits on colleagues
- Managing all HR related issues in line with business best practice
- Managing departmental/team complaint handling
