Axon Moore are partnering with an industry-leading business looking to recruit an ambitious Accounting and Finance Graduate or AAT studier to their best-in-class finance team where they can benefit from unrivalled exposure, exceptional mentorship and a pathway to progress.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Balance sheet reviews
- Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts
- BAU Regulatory Reporting
- Implementing new controls and reviewing processes
- Business partnering across multiple departments to assess balance sheets to determine correct reconciliation and suggest improvements
- Conduct intensive mini-audit of balance sheets ahead of year-end audits
- Quarterly turnover reports
- Advise on new structure and assisting with all regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Recent Graduate of Accounting and Finance (or related subject), or studying towards AAT
- Confident, personable and enthusiastic in nature
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Self-driven, ambitious and exceptional attention to detail
