Interim Senior Leader - Banbury

We are assisting an exciting organisation in their search for an enthusiastic Interim Senior Leader to join them ASAP in Banbury, Oxfordshire!

With a day rate of £350 – £450 a day, this contract is from September to December.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage educational initiatives focused on teaching and learning.
2. Collaborate with staff to improve student outcomes.
3. Provide strategic direction and support to the educational team.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
2. Strong understanding of teaching methodologies and educational best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
