Class 1 Container Driver

We are looking for day HGV Class 1 Container drivers in LEEDS, CASTLEFORD and DONCASTER

previous container work preferred

In date dock card would be desirable

Day shift

Mon-Fri

start times 04.30am

Location: Leeds (LS10) Castleford (WF6) and Doncaster (DN11)

Immediate start

Experience needed – valid licences and minimum 2 years Class 1 experience

Day rate £16.25 up to £17.00per hour

Turbo Driving are looking for experiencedHGV Class 1 container Driversto join a growing transport and logistics team in Leeds and Castleford.

The role:

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will:

• Transport goods across regional/national routes
• container work
• occasional nights out but will be informed in advance
• Conduct pre- and post-route vehicle checks and record via app
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods

About you:
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will have:

• A valid UK Category C+E driving license
• Up-to-date CPC and Digi-tacho cards
• Max 6 points (no CD/IN/TT/DR)
• Knowledge of driving regulations and compliance
• A professional and customer-focused approach
