The predicted salary is between 20000 - 24000 £ per year.

Location: Rickmansworth - Hertfordshire

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 basic + OTE £50,000

Car Allowance: £3,000

Commission: Generous commission structure

Our clients are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their successful estate agency team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the sales team to hit and exceed targets, driving overall branch profitability.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
  • Business Development: Secure new instructions, win new business, and build the agency's local market presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with directors to ensure the branch meets its goals and maintains strong brand recognition.

Working Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (Day off can be changed by negotiation)

Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00 (with rota)

Occasional late viewings and office work as required.
