Mandatory skills:

1. Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing VMware-based PaaS solutions, specifically with technologies like vRealize Orchestrator (VRO), VMware Cloud Director (VCD), and NSX-T.
2. Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing VMware vRealize Orchestrator (VRO) workflows for automating provisioning, deployment, and management tasks, along with ESXi host lifecycle management.
3. Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including close collaboration with Network, Storage, and SIEM Architects, along with experience in working with NFS and iSCSI storage solutions.
4. Experience in using CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure buildouts and facilitate efficient changes throughout the deployment lifecycle.
5. Familiarity with CIS benchmarking to maintain security best practices across technologies, ensuring systems are compliant and protected against vulnerabilities.
