Job Opportunity: Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Medway Are you an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) looking for your next opportunity? We have an urgent requirement for a dedicated and skilled RLO to join our team in Medway. Position Details Location: Medway, Kent (Applicants must be local to the Medway area) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (37.5 hours per week) Pay Rate: £16 per hour (PAYE) Contract Duration: 6-12 months Start Date: Mid-December 2024 (or sooner, if possible) Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the project team. Address resident inquiries and concerns effectively and professionally. Ensure timely communication and updates about works taking place. Travel between properties scattered across Medway (mileage reimbursed). Key Requirements Experience: Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is essential. Location: Candidates must be based in Medway. Driving: A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle are required. IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
