Role Overview

As our Market Manager, you will look after our street market stalls which operate across London, ensuring sales and standards are in line with our mission, coaching the team and managing the administration.

Responsibilities

• Delivering standards in line with targets.
• Training staff to the right level.
• Product and consumable ordering.
• Market administration.
• Holiday cover for staff and occasional driving.
• Natural passion and experience for sales.
• Great coaching skills.
• Administration.
• Driving licence.
• Able to work every weekend and selected weekdays.
