Transport Supervisor

Uniserve is seeking a dynamic and proactive Transport Supervisor to efficiently oversee and manage our transport operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of goods, leading and coordinating our dedicated team across various shift patterns. Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am until 7pm Responsibilities: Oversee and optimise transport operations: Manage fleet activities, scheduling, and route planning to ensure efficiency and compliance. Lead and coordinate team members: Supervise drivers and operational staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance. Ensure compliance and safety: Adhere to all relevant transportation laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Monitor and report on operational performance: Use KPIs and other metrics to evaluate and improve transport processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
