Meet the person you’ll be supporting:

• Who am I? I’m a 33-year-old female who loves going for drives and accessing the community, long walks, going to the cinema, bowling, arts and crafts, shopping and going to Blackpool. I work well with routine.
• What challenges do I have? I’m diagnosed with Autism, learning disability, challenging behaviour, PICA and epilepsy.
• What are my aspirations? To continue to enrich my quality of life and accessing the community.
• What activities do I do? I have a swing and a hot tub in my garden. I spend a lot of my time weather permitting in my garden.
• How do I get out into my local community? I have a car and love drives out. There is a park and shops nearby I like to go to.
• What shifts do my team do? 8am to 8pm with a sleepover. I am supported by 2 staff at a time.
