Hours – 37.5 hours Mon- Fri. 0800 – 1900 (to be agreed)

Salary – £14k, plus performance pay

A great opportunity has become available with a UK winning lettings provider to join their sales team as a negotiator.

In the role you will be managing client accounts and negotiating renewals, so you must have great customer service and have a bubbly personality.

We need you to book and close appointments, whilst liaising with tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate to secure the renewal of products
• Manage client accounts
• Achieve monthly income quotas
• Work within legal policies and company criteria
• Maintain accurate data on in-house systems
• Liaise with clients, tenants and branch network
• Capture research and market client information
• Booking and closing appointments
