What you’ll do: Orchestrate seamless event and travel logistics: You\’ll manage all aspects of employee attendance at international and domestic events, from scheduling and travel to accommodation, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Elevate our employee event experience: You will liaise with providers and conduct post-event briefings, directly impacting and improving our \’Congress Score\’. Support key HR operational processes: You\’ll assist the Head of People with employee off-boarding, performance review management, and HR software (HiBob) maintenance, contributing to a smooth employee journey. Champion a high-performing office environment: You will lead the Operations Executive to ensure a fully functioning and efficient workplace, proactively identifying areas for 1% gains.
