Interim Integration & Operational Effectiveness Manager – Day Rate (Outside IR35)

We are currently working alongside a leading private equity backed organisation in their search for an Interim Integration & Operational Effectiveness Manager. The role will run for an initial 5 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London office.

Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation. They are looking for this person to lead the Integration Management Office and lead Operational Effectiveness initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in management consulting
• Strong PMO experience
• An analytical approach at operational effectiveness and the ability to be hands on
