The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This is your chance to create engaging, standout content and play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with our audience.

As the Social Media Executive, you will lead the charge on our TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms, helping to bring our brand’s personality to life. If you’re a creative storyteller with a passion for digital content, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Content Creation
   • Develop, film, and edit engaging content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with Yumma Candy’s tone of voice.
   • Work closely with our team to bring fresh and creative ideas to life.
   • Stay ahead of trends and innovate with new content formats to keep our audience engaged.
2. Social Media Platform Management
   • Oversee Yumma Candy’s TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, maintaining consistent brand messaging and actively engaging with our audience.
   • Monitor analytics and use insights to optimise performance and grow our following.
   • Manage posting schedules and take a proactive approach to planning and execution.
3. Brand Partnership Activity
   • Collaborate with influencers and exciting brands to create meaningful partnerships that elevate Yumma Candy’s profile.
   • Assist with campaigns and activations to showcase our products in fresh and engaging ways.
   • Nurture relationships with partners to build long-term collaborations.

• A creative mind with a flair for developing fresh and innovative content ideas.
• Confidence to be on camera, bringing energy and personality to video content.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
• A strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
