My client is a global, leading firm within executive search and are looking for an Analyst to join their Sports, Gaming and Media practice. This practice is host to a trio of specialist verticals. Each independent vertical has experts who collaborate and have crossover in the respective markets to create a diverse and interesting environment within the practice.

This role will suit a professional, commercially minded and enthusiastic individual who will be expected to provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects. This is a very well-established practice with a great reputation in their space. They are planning for significant growth within Augmented and Virtual Reality.

It’s a very collaborative environment, with a lot of different nationalities working there, and they pride themselves on their ability to develop people’s careers in lots of different parts of the business, i.e. ability to move between functions, practices and locations.

My client's intention is to advance you to a point where you are able to work with a team to identify talented individuals for the clients. This is done by understanding a business’s demands, mapping relevant markets, identifying and approaching people, and assessing their interest and fit for a particular role.

The role requires persistence, creativity and a thoroughly meticulous approach; it is highly demanding but immensely rewarding. You will be efficient at establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates as well as internally. The successful hire will be joining a great team and support experienced Partners who have an amazing reputation within the industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics, a high level of intellect and tenacity, as well as strong communication and research skills.
