Admin Support Advisor
Location: Northfleet
Salary: £27,500 per year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Administrator to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Carrying out day to day Company administrative duties, including Key Client administrative requirements and operational staff requirements.
- Providing support to the day to day operational movements of the workforce including diary management.
- Liaising and building good working relationships with client’s staff and tenants, contractors and colleagues.
- Accurately maintaining all relevant administrative documents, spreadsheets and databases.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Must have proven administrative and customer liaison experience within a similar role, ideally within a social housing environment.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Willingness to “go the extra mile” to provide excellent customer service.
- A positive and professional approach.
