Pitched Roofer / Gangs

We are an established and well-respected roofing company and we have recently secured some fantastic frameworks along the Sussex coast in Brighton and surrounding areas. Both full re-roofing and planned repair frameworks have been secured, with long periods of work available.

As we expand our operations, we would love to encourage local applicants to join our growing teams.

We are looking to employ Pitched Roofers (& Roofing Gangs) to work with an experienced roofing team to help with all site requirements as needed.

All projects are re-roofing, uPVC fascia, soffit & RWG’s.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the experienced Roofing Teams to perform a range of roofing tasks.
2. Carry out pitched Roofing repairs.
3. Assist with site requirements such as material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup.
4. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
5. Support the team in delivering high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.
6. Have a keen eye for detail, and willingness to lead teams to drive productivity.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Previous roofing experience is essential.
2. Experience in pitched roofing repairs/replacements for framework contracts.
3. Fascia, Soffit, and Gutter repairs/replacements.
4. Clean driving licence and own vehicle would be ideal, but not essential.
5. A willingness to learn and develop roofing skills.
6. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
7. Strong work ethic and reliability.

Candidates would ideally hold a clean driving licence and have their own vehicle.
