Gi Pro are excited to join forces with a world-renowned manufacturer based in North Birmingham at their net-zero manufacturing site!

Job Role:
We\’re currently seeking Multi Skilled Maintenance persons (electrical or mechanical) to join a maintenance team based on a state-of-the-art site to provide effective maintenance, repair & servicing of plant & equipment.

Typical Duties will involve:

• Work with the factory team to implement the strategic plan for the site.
• Utilise a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to facilitate planned preventative maintenance and stock control.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, service and repairs.
• Carry out reactive maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in a preventative planned maintenance environment.
• Experience of maintaining large engineering plant and equipment.
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Carrying out fault diagnosis on electrical and mechanical equipment and circuits.
• Modifying or rewiring electrical circuits.
• Carrying out fault diagnosis on fluid power equipment and circuits.
• PLC Fault finding.
• Inverter/Drive awareness.
• Conveyor systems.
• Fabrication skills.
• Level 3 (electrical or mechanical).
