Senior Veterinary Surgeon Vacancy, Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

Our client in the beautiful North Yorkshire town of Knaresborough has a vacancy for an experienced vet to join them in a Lead Vet capacity.
The successful candidate will either be in a similar role now or be ready to step up to their first leadership role.

The role involves being a clinical support to less experienced vets within the group, offering advice and mentorship as required. In addition to clinical support, there is also a small element of practice management, although the PM handles most of the practice management.

The team consists of 4 vets across the group, including 2 certificate holders and a large team of veterinary nurses.

The package for this position, which is based around a 40-hour, 4-day week, is as follows:

• Salary – £70k
• CPD – £1740 plus 5 days to study
• 6.6 Weeks holiday

This position is easily commutable for the areas around York such as Knaresborough, Easingwold, Harrogate, and Wetherby.
