A leading retail business based in Berkshire are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join their growing digital team.
You will develop and implement the Email strategy across multiple markets and will have 1 DR. You will own the BAU comms, automated journeys to drive conversion in store and online.
Although the business are in the retail space, they are very open to consider candidates from different backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the email and SMS campaigns across different market, working closely with the broader Digital team
- Work closely with the Customer Marketing and Data team on segmentation set-up, ensuring the right customers are being targeted
- Define the Email Strategy for the business across different markets, including BAU campaigns, Automated Programmes, CRM activity and discount triggers
- Manage all email automation programmes, including regular monitoring and improvements
- Proactively explore market activities and trends, to influence or improve CRM campaigns
Experience
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience in building and executing Email Marketing campaigns
- Experience working on automated email marketing campaigns
- Have worked with different ESPs
- Passion for CRM & Email Marketing
