Xero Accounting Specialist

£45 – £50,000

Are you an Accounts Senior/Supervisor currently working in practice who enjoys onboarding/implementation cloud accounts systems including Xero?

Are you qualified or close to completing your ACA/ACCA qualification?

If so, our client, a Top 30 firm, is looking for an Outsourcing & Cloud Accounting specialist to join their team.

Upon joining, you will prepare management accounts for a wide variety of clients and carry out cloud accounting advisory work, conversions, and training.

Role duties include:

1. Preparation of management accounts
2. Carry out training sessions for clients and staff on key software such as Xero and Auto Entry
3. Assist with the client onboarding process and handover to Service Team
4. Build relationships with clients, relationship managers, and partners where appropriate

The successful candidate will:

1. Be working towards or qualified in a relevant qualification – ACA, ACCA
2. Have previous bookkeeping experience
3. Have accounting-related experience either in an accounting practice or within industry
4. Have knowledge of Xero & Cloud software efficiencies

About you:

1. ACA/ACCA qualified (or near completion)
2. Previous bookkeeping experience (practice or industry)
3. Cloud software implementation experience (Xero, bank feeds, reporting apps, etc.)
4. Strong technical accountancy knowledge
5. Ability to communicate well at all levels and provide excellent customer service
6. Strong relationship building with clients, junior and senior staff
