We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on driving engagement and growth within Bókun\’s connectivity partner network. The successful candidate will work to expand our marketplace by onboarding new partners, strategically improving the quality of API connections and ensuring partner engagement with a focus on booking growth. You’ll be part of the Bókun Partnership team and will collaborate closely with various internal teams, travel experiences suppliers and connectivity partners (Online Travel Agencies, ticketing systems etc). Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with current and prospective connectivity partners to increase monetised supply connections. Identify and onboard new partners in target markets, driving supply growth in the Bókun marketplace. Create and execute engagement initiatives like webinars to support partner and supplier collaboration. Track partner performance and implement health metrics to ensure high-quality engagement. Identify new tech partners in target markets, to drive connectivity. Conduct regular partner reviews with improvement/growth plans put into place and executed against. Qualifications: At least 4 years of business development experience, preferably in SaaS, partnerships, or travel technology. Proven ability to drive growth through partnerships, particularly within marketplaces or platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A strong sense of ownership. Excellent execution and organisational skills. A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills with near-native level business English.
