Our well-known client has a fantastic vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to work in their Head of Therapy Department in Dubai.
Salary: AED 20,000-24,000 Monthly
Location: Dubai
Working In: Children's Centre
Our client works in collaboration with parents and professionals. Their Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Has a Dubai Health Authority Licence or Eligibility Letter
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role
- Experience in managing a multidisciplinary therapy team
Essential Criteria:
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, clinical supervision, and professional ethics
- Eligible to drive in the UAE and has use of own car
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and manage therapy service gaps effectively
- Experience in outreach and school-based therapy services
- Able to take advice and guidance from your manager and ensure excellent communication is practised for daily updates
