JOB TITLE: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Hayes

LOCATION: Hayes (UB3)

Full time: 40 hours per week

SALARY: £19,073.60+ Depending on Qualifications and experience

THE ROLE & BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

1. Supporting children in their play, planning for children, and tracking development against the EYFS.
2. Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the room and fulfilling the personal care needs of the children.
3. Working within the regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
4. A commitment to working in partnership with parents.
5. Experience of working with the EYFS and the ability to hit the ground running.
6. A can-do and enthusiastic attitude.
7. Experience of planning, observing, and recording children’s achievements.
8. Proven skills in positive behaviour management.
9. Excellent spoken and written English.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. A level 3 qualified candidate in childcare or above (Early years degree, QTS, PGCE, NNEB).
2. Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years old.
3. Strong EYFS knowledge and the ability to implement it in all activities.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Be qualified at level 3 or above in childcare.
