Business Analyst (Remote) is required by a well-established Insurance Software Company based in London paying up to £60k. The successful Business Analyst will work closely with the Managing Director to increase revenue, achieve productivity goals, and drive the overall success of the organisation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise IT systems that improve production, operations, and workflow. You will also be responsible for improving and securing functions of networks, utilising new IT solutions to meet the growing needs of the company and working with various departments within the company to ensure relevancy and optimisation of various technological developments.

Experience Required

1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Strong background in software development or analysis.
3. Highly organised and results-oriented.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in SQL, report builder tools (e.g., Crystal, MS Report Builder), and project management methodologies.
6. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
7. Deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle.
8. Ability to configure software applications to meet client requirements.
9. Ability to design appropriate solutions for business and system process flows.
