Youth Mentor – Lewisham – ASAP – Secondary school – £90 – £115 a day (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a Secondary School in Lewisham
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Availability to work Monday – Friday
• Physical Intervention/Team Teach certification desirable
• Passionate about making a positive impact on young people\’s lives
• Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour or complex needs

About the Role

This Youth Mentor role involves supporting students with challenging behaviour in a secondary school setting. You will oversee their academic and behavioural needs, acting as a trusted point of contact for students. As a Youth Mentor, you will be expected to be a positive role model and help assess the health, social, and emotional needs of youth. Responsibilities include organizing educational programs and recreational activities, planning community events, and addressing issues related to social life, health, or antisocial behaviour.
