About the role
Hybrid | 4 days in Liverpool, 1 day WFH.
We are excited to be partnering with a leading brand within a rapidly growing FMCG category – a well-known FMCG manufacturer who is experiencing impressive, consistent double-digit growth!
This business is well known in the market for its innovative product range that is constantly growing, due to investment and focus on innovation and NPD. They have an excellent presence across social & digital channels, working with some amazing influencers and investing in paid ads.
This role is new due to growth & reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
You will be responsible for…
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & more.
– Monitor social media trends, analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement.
– Track and report on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
– Develop paid social strategies and ways to enhance our organic social media strategy through the use of paid.

You will need…
– 3+ years of social media experience.
