Overview

As an early joiner, you will have the ability to help shape and drive the direction of the go-to-market and lead-generation strategy and an opportunity to accelerate your career goals. You will play a central role in the success of the sales organization at Earnix.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new customer meetings that translate into identified and qualified new sales opportunities.
  • Identify new business prospects through cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and initiating sales conversations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively source new sales opportunities through prospecting, follow-up, and outreach.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to hand off to sales.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns (webinars, white papers, marketing events).
  • Record sales activity and enter all relevant information about prospects into Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services.
  • Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging.
  • This role will be based in our London Office and will focus on generating leads across Europe in multiple key geographies.

You\’ll be using

  • The ideal candidate has proven success prospecting, generating leads, and securing first meetings with relevant stakeholders at Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions.
  • Some B2B sales experience is highly desirable with proven performance against KPIs or similar role selling B2B software or SaaS solutions to financial institutions.
  • Fluent in French or German desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to speak knowledgeably and articulate a focused message to sophisticated buyers.
  • Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve.
  • Start-up mindset comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Highly structured, keeping up with deadlines and various contributors.

Location

London Area, United Kingdom. This role is based in the London office and focuses on Europe.

Salary: ÂŁ55,000.00-ÂŁ65,000.00 per year (range shown is for example purposes and may be adjusted).
